He holds a master’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology.
Damir joined KONČAR in 2023 as Director of the Human Resources Sector. In this role, he is focused on developing a strategic HR function that motivates and empowers people while serving as a powerful enabler of sustainable business results.
